December wasn't super great for my family, with illnesses and such, so let's get a new thread for the new year, and get away from the bad.

I’m on antibiotics for a sinus infection and it’s killing my stomach. Like decimating it. And the sinus infection is still raging after 5 days on the med. ugh.

Agreed but still hoping rainbowsockmonkey can help me with my car seat question in the December thread 😊 Yes. Sorry. I saw the post and meant to come back to it. A Graco Atlas, Graco Nautilus or Chicco Myfit should work. And you can remove the headrest on the seats to help get a better fit.

I was thinking about the nautilus because I had one for James but wasn’t sure if there was a better option. I’ve never owned anything Chicco. I will check these out.

I’m so happy with our camper setup. We made it through the attic chill with no freezing pipes or other cold weather related issues.
We ended up taking my grandma to the er right after Christmas. She ended up with a pretty significant stomach ulcer from a new arthritis medication. After a few days in the hospital she is 100% better now and back to feeling herself again. We are so glad we can be here for her and she has such a comfort and weight off her shoulders knowing we are here.

We have the Chicco Myfit for T in our Sorento after rainbowsockmonkey recommended it, I love it and wish we get it sooner, lol Also, hi everyone! Happy New Year! Hope you’re all well. The flu wiped us out during Christmas and C had to miss her holiday dance show. We are better now but I am just waiting for the next sickness to hit. We are going to Disney with the kids for the first time, actually their first real vacation ever the first week of February and I really need them to not get sick.

The opposing slides in the living room and the separate bunkhouse for the kids was a big plus.

Does the Chicco MyFit only do harness and then high back booster?

Does the Chicco MyFit only do harness and then high back booster? I believe that is correct. It wasn’t a big deal because I feel like by the time T is ready for just the booster, C will be big enough for no booster and I can give her booster to T. T is just so tiny still 😂 But if you don’t mind buying just the booster when Cot is ready for it, C has a Chicco go fit that was like $40 bucks at Target (she actually has the Chicco kid fit too which is a HBB and then converts to just a booster. That one is obviously more money).

Not to jinx anything, but ... how's January going? Less illness than we all had in Dec? No illness, but my grandpa just died. So that's how things are going here. He was about to go on hospice, so not entirely unexpected. But doesn't make it suck less.

We were under a tornado warning at work and they ended up sending us home. Luckily no damage or tornado here. Just lots of rain and wind. There was a tornado near Atlanta though I believe. Thanks for checking in!
