When do you all typically get your mail delivered at home? Yesterday we got it at 5:45 and it was not snowing or anything to delay it for that reason. We normally got it by the time I got home at lunch by 12:30. Maybe your regular carrier called in sick or vehicle broke down and they were short subs - or more likely multiple carriers were out sick - but anyway something that made them have to tack your route onto the end of another one

I have gotten so organized since the new year with new daily routines, more home cooked meals, sticking to a budget, and cleaning schedule. I'm proud of myself, but also very annoyed with DH. I've realize how messy and disorganized he is and how much I have to do to make up for it. He DGAF. He also can't get M to clean up, go to bed, or go to the potty, so I spend my day doing all of the 3yo negotiating myself. The answer is just to go back to normal and stop trying to better myself, right? š Stay strong!!! This is DH also š. He returns home and un-does my three weeks of hard work and high standards. I work so hard to get the kids to eat at least something nutritious. He arrives and itās fast food central and a crisp fest. I declutter...DH arrives and my home is like a Marrakesh Market. I reduce our plastic use...hello amazon subscribe and save on all manner of plastic crap. We canāt give up scotty or our lives will be anarchic š

![](https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200108/9872c811e810d90f9c6ea4e061ae0355.jpg) Does this happen in anyone elseās house? Every time someone takes a shower and a bath water leaks from the ceiling. We have a combo enclosed shower bath. Do you have access to the plumbing from the backside? Sometimes builders leave a removable piece, especially if it is in a closet or something. I feel like your supply or drain is probably leaking and getting a look at the plumbing will tell you. You might have to cut a hole in the wall behind the shower (near the floor to about 12 inches high). š¬ Definitely call a plumber if you aren't comfortable doing it yourself. I would be worried about water damage and mold, especially under a heavy tub, so the sooner you can fix it, the better. luvboston this exact scenario happened when I took my first shower in my house in Hamilton. I was so worried and then when the plumber came he was able to access it just like scotty said from the closet. Some other plumber just joined the two pipes together heading to the shower but didn't put a connector on or seal it. Was fairly inexpensive so I would call right away.

Does anyone have any thoughts on Prince Harry fucking off?
Heās turned into such winge-bag, which is a shame as he was also one of the most popular royals.
Now heās the most hated (after Andrew obviously).
Will he go crawling back cap in hand after Megan divorces him in a few years?
How can he be some spokesperson and campaigner for climate change but live half in North America, half in the U.K. with a gigantic carbon footprint?
Cheeky fuck had trade marked āSussex Royalā ready to make his own money independently of the royal family...but Iām sure itās being a member of the royal family that will generate his paid appearances and any other ventures.
It will be very interesting to see how he makes his independent money through anything other than publicity...again, heās got a blazing cheek as apparently the media have ruined his life.
Donāt get me started on Megan š...but it must be really traumatising and a huge shock to all of a sudden be in the limelight and the centre of media attention when you arenāt used to it? I get it.
Kate Middleton was in that very situation - ok she was pretty posh, but led a relatively normal life and she adjusted and conducts herself brilliantly. She gives the media no reason to want to shaft her and just gets along nicely.
Megan - you were a celebrity...Iām certain youāve met the media before my love?
I have the rage this morning...but good fucking riddance.

I woke up at my normal time and got ready for work and then felt so nauseous, threw up right before I had to leave. First time having to call in sick at this job. Still had to take Peyton to school and need to pick her up as I can not deal with someone else today.

lulu Harry never seemed like he wanted the royal life. I don't follow the royal family much, so I don't understand why he can't live his life the way his cousins do since he won't ever be king? I think the way Diana died has a lot to do with his decision. He is scared for his wife and child. I know the bullshit I have had to deal with from DH's family so I cannot imagine what the stuffy, inbred royal family is saying about his black wife. At the same time though, Meghan's "pity my life" act is annoying. She knew what she was getting into as far as the press and changing her way of life.

Dd2 woke up not feeling good. She says her tummy hurts and was holding a bowl to her face when I went in to get her this morning and says she's going to throw up today. No puke yet, but she does seem to be paler now than she was this morning.
So now onto the results of her ENT appointment yesterday morning. They did a hearing test on her, and the results are fine just like last year. DR looked in her ears and mouth. Ears are clear with no signs on fluid (I already knew that from Tuesday). He asked how many ear infections she's had, and said they no longer recommend doing tubes because of frequent EIs. Criteria is now persistent fluid in the ears for 3+ months or hearing loss. He also asked about her sleep habits. I mentioned that she does snore softly, but moves around a lot in her sleep. He asked about bed wetting, and I said she's still in a pull up over night, but have been dry a few night lately. She does have enlarged tonsils, but without episodes of sleep apnea or recurring throat infections he doesn't recommend removing them. He wants to take a "wait and see" approach to her ears, but doesn't think tubes are necessary. I don't think I like that approach, and am considering getting a second opinion. I know a great ENT up in St. Paul (I used to baby sit his kids), and I know he would be more than happy to look at my kids and give us a second opinion. We currently have an appointment for Dd1 scheduled for 2 weeks from now with the same ENT and are considering canceling it since we will probably get the same answer we got yesterday.

lulu, I'm sure it's hard being born into that life so I have some sympathy for Harry, but don't really for Meghan. She knew what she was getting into. The whoa is me, I'm a princess act is pretty annoying. As for being financially independent, they are only giving up the sovereign grant which is 5% of their income. They each still have plenty of money and any opportunity will be at least partly because of who they are.

Itās really harsh to say, but yeah I think he still blames everything on his mums death. Whilst itās dreadful what happened, his hatred of the media is extreme in that actually they have been really decent to both princes throughout their lives and very rarely do they intrude. Iād get it completely if no lessons were learned from Dianaās death, but things are so different these days. Harry has also been in a far better position than William in that the pressure has been off him, heās not next in line and all that entails and he has had a huge amount of freedom compared to his brother. That kind of makes me wonder if this is the reason behind the rift between them. William is probably like - suck it up, you have it easy, donāt be so negative about our family and way of life. William is very good at being royal and doing whatās expected and itās maybe a slap in the face for him. Harry was always more āfreeā than William and definitely more outspoken, but he carried out his duties, his charity work etc and seemed like a really positive guy and a great representation of a modern royal...until he met Megan and is now all full of angst and criticism...of his own family! Fine complaining about the media - but he literally aired the dirty washing on national tv with his last interview. This is why I think Megan is behind this. I donāt get it though - like you said, she knew fine what was involved. Why is it such a shock?? Was she silly and naive and thought she would be in a childrenās fairytale princess castle, with pumpkin carriages? As soon as they were married she was furious the press criticised her for the multi million renovation of her marital home paid for out of her taxes....then incandescent when they were criticised again for taking private jets again paid for by taxes. From my knowledge that literally has been the only real negative press coverage of her...but now her and Harry have opened the floodgates as the press are absolutely gunning for them.

I think she knew what she signed up for but then waited for the marriage and then started to just be like- nope, not doing it. And really itās not until their kid was born. I think she wants the kid to have a normal life and she should have thought about that before agreeing to live in the family property and become a royal. I mean sheās kinda crazy train anyway. You canāt have a dad like that and not have some of it affect you. I feel bad for her that she doesnāt seem to have support from her own family (other than her mom) and now sheās turned her back on Harryās. I think this is harry wanting control. He wanted to do military, his own charities, and say what they want to say. They donāt want to eat when the queen eats, etc... Which I feel like if the queen would step down and Charles modernized those things and made it less formal, a lot of these problems would go away.

So I was reading today an article about their so called financial independence and you are so right...they are only giving up the sovereign grant. Prince Charles funds the rest through his estate so they are dependent on him. Plus they live in a house paid for by tax payers. Itās the exact same as someone here living on welfare where their home is fully funded from our taxes claiming to be financially independent. Their security and travel continues to be funded by the Home Office - again through our tax revenue. Talk about choosing the best bits of royalty and ditching the stuff you donāt like. Cake and eat it anyone?

Usually books are better than movies/shows based on them but I like the Pete the cat show better than the books. Depends on the books. There are so many Pete the Cat books and some of them are far superior to others. DD2 is all in on Pete, so we've had a fair amount of exposure. She also adores the show and so I've seen every episode like 3 times. I like the Missing Cupcakes book better than the corresponding episode for sure. But I love the Christmas Cat stuff and the Halloween episode better than any of the holiday books I've read (and I have the 12 Groovy Days of Christmas memorized).

I think even though they are royals they should be able to live wherever they want in the commonwealth. IMO his talents can be better served doing charity work than visiting hospitals etc

And are they really all in same household? I thought H&M had a "cottage" they were living in? I have no idea when they eat š Initially they lived at Kensington Palace - which is where William and Kate live, Princess Eugenie and her husband and several other royal families. Each have their own wing so itās hardly like living on top of each other. Put my name down for a pad at this palace anytime. Anyhoo...Megan and Harry wanted their own house so moved into Frogmore Cottage (not a cottage ha ha) which is on the Queens Windsor Castle Estate...again an e ample of how they portray themselves as being independent and modern but enjoy all the trappings. It wasnāt to their taste so refurbished it to a Meganās at a Ā£2.4 million cost to the taxpayer. I canāt afford new curtains for my dining room and my husband is moving to Saudi Arabia because tax has crippled us financially like millions of other Britons, so you can imagine how that went down. When they start their new independent life, they are keeping on Frogmore Cottage š I am actually a royalist...Megan and Harry just rile me. And theyāve upset the queen and sheās the boss!!

Iām embarrassed to say Iāve not got it checked out sooner. I showed h a few days ago and he was concerned but not scared. Iām hoping itās a fungal rash or something like that and not cancer. Of course Iām worried. I hope I can find out after my appointment next week and I am hoping they can do a biopsy quickly. With momās breast ca diagnosis almost a year ago Iām probably over apprehensive. I feel like it could likely be skin cancer, but Iām hoping itās not. Hugs i hope itās nothing. I have this on mine and itās been biopsied and is nothing. ![](https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200110/dfae36a68bd7d856cc348dc88550e471.jpg)
