So does DS!! He even knows the road to get to it (McDonalds has horrible hypnotic powers I think). And he shouts from the back seat "I need muggets mummy!"

Same over here too. We drive past it taking her to daycare and driving her home. I am sick of crying for old Macdonald's chocolate milk, chicken nuggets and chocolate muffins!

I just remembered a story involving Arby's.
DH doesn't like her calling it Barbie's, so he tries to correct her. He went "Arrby's. Like a pirate."
Her response: No Daddy, it's not a pirate restaurant

We are on holiday just now and DS made friends at the kids disco.
Just heading to bed and he tries to describe one of his wee friends:
DS: He has orange hair mummy. Me: I still don't know who he is darling can you think of anything else about him?" DS: yes - his mummy had boobs!

I asked DD1 what we needed from the grocery store expecting to hear chocolate, ice cream, etc. Her response was "we need rice and chicken and avocado and bananas and some coffee for you mom but that's it, nothing else!"

My kid is sitting in a beach chair and my nephew is whining for him to get out of it because he wants to sit in that one and none of the other open chairs will do. My DS1: That's not appropriate because this chair is not open.

DS will frequently announce that he needs "to get 20 steps." Apparently I said that one time when I was home with him and trying to meet my Fitbit hourly quotas.

DS says kids with curly hair have "squiggly hair" And when girls have their hair in 2 buns he says they have "circle hair" DD1 had loads of names for hairstyles when she was little that she would demand I did for her. 2 braids - "Muffy's" (after the rich kid in the cartoon Arthur) 2 buns - "lotta's" after a girl on a cartoon called Charlie and Lola who had that hair. 1 bun - "ballerina hair" 1 braided bun - "dog poop hair" Yep - she would eat breakfast, get ready for school and ask for dog poop hair. She called it that until about age 8 bless her!!

At a baseball game: "Let's go guys! You can do it!.... I know you can do it!... I know you can play baseball!!!" Eliza yells at DD1 when we are at soccer too. It's so funny to watch and hear.

Eliza came out of the bathroom last night and with so much excitement " MOMMY, are you proud of me? Are you proud of me for going poopy?" And it was even more funny because she has a slight stutter or problems getting words out when she's excited so it didn't flow that nicely.

DS just came in when I was going to the bathroom. He says, "Where'd the poop go?" I say, "In the potty." So he goes, "Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, I'm soooooo proud of you! You get a sticker!"

I was driving to daycare yesterday and as usual dealing with people who can't drive. I was annoyed and said "Oh come on chick get a move on!"
Peyton pipes up "Oh but chickens are so nice, you know Mommy. They are beautiful and like to say bok, bok, bok"
Me...😂😂 Sure

DS ran two doors down the street while I was in the backyard weeding. When I grabbed him a few minutes later and told him that he can't run away, he needs to ask, he insisted, "I not in trouble Mama, I was walking. I no run away. I walk away. I was to the house to play."

For probably all 3 years of his life, I always say "look at this bum, it's so tiny and cute," when DS was getting a diaper change or getting out of the tub. Yesterday, he saw me get out of the shower and said, " mama, look at your bum, it so tiny and cute." Then he came closer and said, " oh no, it's not tiny. Your bum is huuuuge. It not so tiny and cute." Ha. Thanks kid.

This morning I changed J into a pull up from his overnight diaper and was trying to put his clothes on. He wouldn't take his hand out of the pull up so I told him to stop playing with his penis. He looked up with a huge grin and said, "that's a big pee pee! Real big!"
I'm still laughing.
